Lawyer at the Paris Bar
Hélène RONDELEZ holds a bachelor's degree in private law (1999) from the University of Paris XI, and a D.E.S.S. (master's degree) in business law (2000) from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse 1 and a D.E.A. (master's degree) in environmental law (2001) from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne. She wrote her thesis on the handling of environmental risks in international business acquisitions. While working at the Economic Bureau of the French Embassy in Jakarta (2000), she wrote a Guide to Intellectual Property in Indonesia for French investors. Member of the Paris Bar since Jaunuary 2003, she joined the law firm of LOYER & ABELLO in 2009, after having practiced in the office of TESSLER and then of TOISON VILLEY BROUD. She serves as counsel for both French and foreign companies, principally in the areas of labor law, commercial law, distribution law, and corporate law.
