Educational training and professional experience

Bertrand LOYER is an engineer of Ecole de l’Air.

He was a fighter pilote for 8 years in the Air Force (33rd fighter-reconnaissance squadron)

He entered the LOYER Firm (patent attorneys) in 1959 and became managing partner from 1975 to 2002 upon which date he left the Firm.

Lawyer since 1979, as former legal advisor, he was admitted to the Toulouse Bar in 2003.

He is a member of the main specialised professional bodies in Intellectual Property (UNION, AIPPI, EPI). He is a foreign member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He was a member of the American Bar Association from 1970 to 1990 and member of the USTA and then of the INTA until 2002.

He developed specific skills in the patenting of agricultural equipment.
