Educational training and professional experience

Delphine RUDLOFF holds a 4-year degree (or MASTER 1) in private law from the University Paris II Panthéon Assas (1999), a DESS  (or MASTER 2) in Business Law from the University Paris IX Dauphine (2000). She has also graduated from the International Studies Center of Intellectual Property – (Trademarks and Design Patents) from the University Robert Shuman Strasbourg (2004).

After ten years working in a European Patent and Trademark office as an IP Attorney, Delphine RUDLOFF joined LOYER & ABELLO leading the Trademark and Design patents Department.

She is in particular responsible for the protection, prosecution and renewal of Trademarks and Design patents rights in France and abroad.

She is member of APRAM

She joined  LOYER & ABELLO and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011.
