LOYER & ABELLO was created in 2004 by Mr Bertrand LOYER, Lawyer of the TOULOUSE Bar and Mr Michel ABELLO, lawyer of the PARIS Bar. Former patent and trademark attorneys in France, both are European patent attorneys as well.

LOYER & ABELLO offers its clients within the same firm a "one stop shop" for a global offer of services in the field of innovation law, with the main feature the intellectual property law (DPI or IPR) and rights associated, such as the right of ICT and related business law.

Human resources in LOYER & ABELLO combining the expertise of an engineering background (lawyers engineers) to legal and judicial expertise of a trained lawyer (legal counsel), which enable the group to manage the protection of innovation in its different aspects, both at the point of vesting (prior art searches, research contracts, patents, trademarks, designs, "prosecution", etc. .), at the level of exploitation (licenses, society intake, assessment, employment contracts, contracts commercial, etc..) and their defence before the administrative and judicial courts in both France and abroad (claims, seizure, infringement lawsuits, oppositions, etc.).
